This is a lovely hotel located right in the heart of madrid. I stayed here on Christmas and I had no issues. The rooms are a bit strangely designed with the shower right next to the bed, and the toilet in a separate room from the shower, however the staff is helpful and the place is clean. They also let me leave my luggage there without any fee.

Great location. Walking distance to many places. Friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are a decent size. The room I stayed in has a full size bed that has a mattress pad which makes it feel more comfortable. It had a toilet with a separate shower, TV and a place to hand your clothes (not a closet). There’s no desk but they have a room on the main floor with tables and chairs if you want to get some work done or have breakfast or just sit there. Even though it’s in a just area, the hotel is quiet and don’t have to worry about street noise. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay in a central and amazing location of Madrid! 5 minute walk to royal palace and you can walk almost everywhere you would want to go as a tourist. I think I went to every spot and I didn’t take the metro once, but it is also super close to two metro stations. +200 points for location Firstly if you arrive before checkin there is a clean and large bathroom you can use on the first floor along with a seating area with fast WiFi. There is a modern cafe in the lobby with delicious coffee and pastries. The checkin and front desk is warm, friendly and helpful. There is someone there 24/7. I felt like I lived in Madrid while staying here because the hotel is so close to the main action areas and I could get home quickly. From the energy of the Madrid streets even at midnight, the hotel is only a few steps towards quiet and peace. My room was clean, homey, and quiet. Housekeeping comes every day and refills towels and makes your bed. The WiFi was incredibly fast and good - I never had any issues streaming multiple videos in HD quality. (I can’t even say that about every Hilton hotel.) AC is fast and efficient. The shower water pressure is very good and strong. (Also you can drink the tap water in Madrid btw straight from the sink.) Also beds have a lot of pillows. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Madrid. If you’re thinking about booking, I recommend you do! Note: some reviews mention the bathroom being small. It was fine for me and common in cities (ex: Tokyo is even smaller) but I’d just be aware going in. I think everything else about this hotel makes up for it!

Rooms are small with minimum necessities. Bed is comfy, though. It's like an upgraded version of a hostel. The staff are friendly and the location is very central.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
