We're pretty lucky to get the Twin Room with a city view at a low price. The thing that I love the most is how spacious the room is. We have so much space to move around the room. The furniture was awesome too... comfy bed and nice sofa! The amenities also suited our needs. Location-wise, simply the best! Service-wise, top-notch, they allowed us to leave our baggage (since we arrived in the early morning) and the check-in/out was quick and easy. I'd say this is the finest accommodation we had during our trip to Europe. 10/10 would stay here again if I get another chance to visit Madrid.

Really, it's a top hotel! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The location is excellent, in the midst of Madrid's best neighborhoods. The room is clean, and I shared it with three lovely and respectful ladies. I enjoyed my exchange with them, thanks for making my stay in Madrid pleasant!

Stayed in many hostels and this is up there for the least I've enjoyed one. Just mainly because it had such a cold and business-like atmosphere, you'd walk into the common room and deathly silence around you. Was the same in the dorm, barely saw the people I was staying with. If you're there to work remotely then it would be fine I suppose but nothing else

One of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. I only dealt with one guy from the staff and he was extremely friendly and kind both during check in and check out. The rooms are well organised (I slept in a female room for 8 people), the bunk beds are solid and spacious, the bathroom has enough showers, I never had to wait for my turn. The location is the best you can find, I never took transport, I visited the whole city by walking.

I had a wonderful time at the hostel! It's an excellent choice for solo travelers, budget-conscious individuals, and young people. The atmosphere was comfortable and enjoyable, and I had the opportunity to make many new friends. The only thing I wish the hostel had was a small desk in each room. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
