This is most perfect hotel! My room was comfy and cozy, the staff are so lovely and welcoming! You can’t hear the road from your room so it’s nice and peaceful. My room was made up every day which so nice to come back to. The hotel also smells really nice! I highly recommend staying here, I can’t wait to come back:) thank you all for such a beautiful stay!

The location was excellent and reasonably priced for the location. Very quiet most of the time but can be a bit noisy when people from a night club opposite side are coming out at night but it is not so disturbing as they are just a bit noisy saying goodbye to their friends etc on the street. The reception staff have a good and welcoming atmosphere.

The room is not comfortable for two. Open plan design always looks messy. The badly designed bathroom so you can watch / hear your lover on the toilet is really not pleasant. The shower kept flooding the floor, but we did not want hassle of a plumber in the room so let them know towards end of the stay. You have to get hot drinks in the basement- there is no facility in the room. In the basement there is no milk outside of breakfast hours. You can’t open the window (screwed closed) and of course the aircon is not always what you want. Reminded me of the student dorm I stayed in where all windows were locked 😳. This place is too Instagram without actual comfort. Nice location, friendly staff. Will not stay here again.

Newly built/renovated hotel in a great location. Staff are pleasant and helpful. The finishings are nice and the deluxe room we had was spacious. I found the beds quite uncomfortable, and unfortunately, the aircond was intermittent and did not work on one of the four nights we stayed. The 'bathroom' is also enclosed with semi-transparent walls so it's not the most private when someone is using it. I would stay again based on my experience.

Hotel was nice, friendly staff and nearby the city. They don’t clean the room within 5 days they just make the bed and provide new towels. There is a crazy smell in the air when entering the lobby, please, switch off that air freshener machine.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
