Stayed in this hostel 2 times already, in a shared room and a private one. Have nothing to complain, only in the shared rooms it would be better if the door to the toilet went all the way to the floor, because as the toilets are inside the rooms, it lacks a bit in privacy due to noises and smells 🤭 Other than that, perfect!

My sister and I stayed here in a woman’s 4 bedroom dorm for 3 nights. My first impression wasn’t great as I was waiting for over 35 minutes to be checked into my room and there were only 2 people in line before me. It felt as though the staff member working at reception was understaffed and they probably needed a second person to help. I also slept terribly whilst staying here. There was so much street noise into the early hours of the morning so I had to sleep with my AirPods to try block our some noise. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re a light sleeper and sensitive to street noise. It is in a good location and easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. The rooms were clean.

The Hostel is located in the heart of the center so everything is in walking distance. The people who work there are very nice, especially Adriana is a sweetheart. Also the breakfast is very good with a variety you wouldn't expect in a Hostel. I think the conception of the rooms isn't too smart. You can basically hear everything and don't have your privacy. The lockers are very thight, they won't fit more than a Backpack and the sinks are a misconstruction for a hostel room, as the water splashes very loudly on the sink floor. The shower and the toilet are both seperate and in a good condition.

Extremely happy especially with the customer service, very good hostel in general everything is clean and tidy. Adriana welcomed me and gave all the assistance, she’s very kind and happy to welcome their guests. I extremely recommend it ;) And the hostel is in a very good location.

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The location is superb, close to the metro and surrounded by amenities. The rooms were clean, common areas spacious, and internet speed fast. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was worth it. Highly recommended!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
