Self-check-in was a waste of time. I had to go to another location to show ID anyway. Shower head was broken. Tile in shower was falling off and badly and ineffectively attempted to be taped up with duct tape. Water in shower fluctuating from too cold to too hot while taking a shower. They told me this room was an upgrade? Room temperature was way too hot. Had to open a window, which meant lots of street noise.

We stayed here while exhibiting at my art at Olympia. The hotel is unusual in that it's a series of rooms in a house with the reception in offices elsewhere on the road. The room itself was a studio "shed" at the end of the garden, so we had a very private experience. It was very well designed and a very cool looking place. It was well equipped, but only for two people so there is no spare cutlery or crockery. Since the room is a "shed" it does have a slightly musty shed smell, but this is overwhelmed by the gorgeous Jasmine outside the room. The location is close to the railway and it seemed that there was a vibrant community nearby since there was plenty of background noise into the night. We'd definitely use this place again, thanks for the stay.

Very good accommodation and excellent value for money. The apartment/room I stayed in was perfectly kitted out and designed for such a small place. I’ve stayed in room2 before, so knew what to expect - great set up, facilities, and absolutely spotlessly clean. The only downside for me, and may be an upside for many, was that the room was incredibly warm. Even after turning the heating off it stayed hot in there. I prefer it cooler. But otherwise, great location and very good stay.

Great hotel / accommodation. Comfy beds, well supplied kitchen (microwave, hobs, fridge, toaster, cutlery etc). The bathrooms can be small but both times I stayed the rooms were very clean. Shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer supplied. There is no reception - you are simply emailed a room code the night before. There is also a lift, which is convenient for large suitcases. The rooms are on the warm side but you can open the windows to let fresh air in (and there is a also a fan in the room). Hammersmith tube station is at the end of the road and a 15 minute walk to Westfield London. Some noise can be heard from outside….but this is London!

Lovely experience. London is just 30 minutes away. Hammersmith is served by 4 lines. Fast check in! The large apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette except for some cutlery/ pots and pans. Quiet residential area, had no problems at night. I would recommend to anyone!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
