This is a premium/luxury hotel, from the moment you enter until the moment you check out, every detail is thought through. Unfortunately, I was traveling for work therefore didn’t have the time to immerse the experience and try all the facilities, however would highly recommend for mid-long stay travelers or guests who are looking for a spoiled experience. Location could be better but hotel has all facilities to Offset it (restaurant, pool, room service etc.) P.S. Don’t be surprised from high prices as the experience is premium.

This is a very popular hotel for Munich amongst the Marriott Bonvoy community and it's easy to see why. It's got fun design, with attentive, timely, friendly staff, and good location with access to 18/19 tram lines right outside. It's a little edgy so if you only want a traditional hotel room maybe don't stay here but we found it very very fun and good value too!

My wife and I just stayed 2 nights at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed. The top floor room we were upgraded to as Bonvoy members was very comfortable and came with a private patio and hot tub. The hotel staff are professional and polite, and the hotel restaurant / bar has excellent food. Bed, linens and pillows are top quality. Highly recommend!

Overall I can honestly say that this is a Marriott property I'm not likely to visit again. I can see what the design objective was, but they took it too far and made it worse by not properly maintaining it. I would call it "fake luxury," despite what others are saying. The halls are all black with minimal lighting. It was hard to find our room every time, and I couldn't even find the stairs because the door was black with no lighting. The rooms felt worn down with flattened shag rugs and frayed fittings. The black theme carried into the room, making it feel smaller. The pull cord above the bed to turn off all the lights was admittedly a fun gimmick. 😀 The staff was friendly, but the cleaning crews were very loud way too early in the morning. We confirmed late check out in the app, but the front desk didn't seem to get the message and tried to usher us out of the room several hours early. I managed to straighten that out, but it added unneeded stress. The location is across from the Metro which is convenient.

We had the most amazing stay at Roomers in Munich. The hotel was very modern and the amenities blew us away. The cocktails at the lobby bar were spectacular and the basement spa was out of this world. The concierge staff was super helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Phillip made sure our check in was quick and informative and he made sure to ask if we needed anything and ensure our stay was great each time we passed through the lobby. We cannot wait to visit Munich again and will definitely stay at Roomers.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
