        Booked their accessible room to cater for four adults, two in wheelchairs. The space was perfect! Very spacious, plenty of room to manoeuvre two chairs, all the accessible facilities required were there, even the dishwasher was easy access. The staff were also incredibly accommodating and lovely to speak to. Always smiling, polite and helpful. The location was great as the train station near by is also accessible and made an easy and enjoyable trip to New Market for shopping. The only (very minor) downside was pushing a chair back up the hill from the beautiful cafe after getting our complimentary coffee. I really can't complain and look forward to booking there again!

        Moved to this place after an underwhelming attempt at the Empire Apartments in Auckland city. Totally different, great staff, fantastic rooms, the only criticism would be is the 1st floor lobby had a sweet chili sauce smell and the floorboards in the hall of the apartment squeaked when walked on, other than that the place was fantastic. You do have to pay for on-site parking.

        The rooms were very pleasant, comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed to make meals at home. Spacious rooms, two bathrooms although divided, one only had a toilet, the other had a shower. We stayed for 5 days and they came to the room in the middle of the week to clean it. The decor is very cute. A huge window in the room that allows lots of light to enter. Perfect, private parking with lots of spaces, available 24 hours a day. Something difficult to find in the city.

        Great room. Lots of space. Fully equipped. Clean. Updated decor. Lots of storage space. The only things I found that would have elevated my experience are: -A clothes iron -Air-conditioning/better ventilation in bedroom -An elevator. I am 26 weeks pregnant. It's hard/dangerous for me to walk up/down stairs with heavy luggage. Overall, I would stay here again.

        Very clean, tidy, and modern. Great use of space and the lounge opened onto a small gated area with decking and access to the car park. Great for pets if you're traveling with your fur baby. Highly recommended, and is my new go-to when staying in Auckland.
