I truly do not have high expectations for hostels but this one was extremely unpleasant. On our second night here, a couple of people tried to get into our room TWICE while we were inside which made me feel extremely unsafe. The bathrooms are really nasty and are not cleaned regularly, from what I can tell. There's no policy for the other visitors/quiet hours so expect A LOT of noise. I didn't fall asleep before 1am while staying here. I wanted to love it but will not be staying again or recommending to anyone.

DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. I came back pretty late one night, and the front door was bolted shut, so I knocked and rang the doorbell for 30 minutes until I called the hostel and the receptionist finally let me in. She said it wasn’t that big of a deal and that I was partying while she was sleeping “like a human” (she later changed the story to being on the bathroom.) Also, “I should have told her in advance I was coming”. I told her the most basic thing to expect when you’re staying at a hostel is to sleep there, and that I almost had to sleep in a park. She said that I should never argue with her because she’s a 52 year old woman and I’m a little man. When I said “good night” she said “actually it’s good morning”. The rudest, most unprofessional receptionist I have ever met, I posted my first review just for this.

DO NOT BOOK HERE - They have a non-refundable policy, and they canceled our booking via text saying there is no room. The booking shows as active, so there is no room waiting for you and you will not get your money back. This place is running a scam. If you want to book in person, you should be fine - but avoid booking ahead through a third-party site.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Complete disregard of hygiene, comfort, or safety. I originally booked this place even after reading all the one star reviews, thinking "How bad could it be?" And to my regrets, people were correct. This was THE WORST hostel. One toilet and one shower for each gender for the WHOLE building, must bring your lock to use high-school style lockers, extremely narrow spaces, and just the overall plain dirty. I booked for five nights and literally checked-out just after one night.

I stayed in Roomies Hostel Condesa . The staff is nice, the private room was good, except for the one downstairs which smells bad. The bathrooms are not very clean, the building is not cozy or warm...in the kitchen there's not enough staff to cook. They could improve many things so the staying would be nicer.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
