Get this room for a good location. We spent one night after a late flight into Split. Castle, market and pier are close by and very walkable Good value for a short stay (we only stayed 1 night), there is free parking (on weekend) close by, good for a rental car. Do not get if you are traveling with kids and/or elderly people. Tight staircase, 2 floors without lift, relatively small rooms

Overnight stay is too expensive. The furniture is old, the bed and pillows are uncomfortable. Water was leaking from the cistern all evening. Not for stays longer than 2 nights. But - host is very nice and friendly!

Horrible experience! Worst place to stay ! Worst experience ever! Bad rooms, horrible services, shabby and dirty rooms and they steal things - yes, if you leave your belongings , they'll steal it. I checked out 30 mins before and forgot to keep my big slabs of chocolates, I went there to take it back ( 10 mins post that) threy had stolen it by then. Cheap people and cheap place . Apartment is on second floor, very difficult with luggage and very bad stairs . Staircase is vtoo narrow and stairs are too big. Entire night you can't sleep because of loud music being played in the vicinity and you'll also hear constant banging on the door.Damira is only and only interested in money. Do yourself a favor find better place to stay if you don't want to be duped. Also not a good vicinity where the apartment is located. If you get late in night it's not a very safe area.

Worst place to stay, it’s on second floor with no lift and a very uncomfortably narrow staircase, with very small rooms where you can’t even move and they don’t clean the rooms till the date you checkout , so it’s absolutely unhygienic. And a word of caution, don’t leave your chocolates behind as you won’t get them back , if this can happen with chocolates I wonder what else we need to be careful about . Not recommended at all !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
