Excellent rooms directly in the Center. The owner is super kind and helpful. All clean and nice. We had two very good nights in Split. Rooms are on third floor without elevator. Owner was super helpful with the luggage. Many thanks!

Amazing location in the heart of Split. Vladimir is the kindest and most helpful if you need any recommendations or anything at all. Would definitely recommend staying here and return in a heartbeat!!

The final stop on our tour of Croatia, perfect city centre location. Very friendly and accommodating hostess. Immaculate well designed room that felt like home from home. Enormous bed, great shower and stunning views of the city. Perfect choice for a stay in split.

Our hosts Aleksandra and Vladimir were warm, kind and welcoming. If ever we needed anything at any time they wanted to make sure we were happy. The room is ultra modern and we loved that. Prepare yourself for 4 flights of stairs though. Full A.C. and high speed wifi. This is a wonderful location on the main shopping alley. My wife and I highly recommend this place.

A great clean specious hotel, well designed located exactly in the center of Split. Just close to all the historical destination, Bus Station and the port. Big variety of Resturant’s and bars around. And let me not forget to talk about how sweet and helpfully the owners are, there were so sweet. I highly recommend this Hotel

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
