        Can I give less than a star? 😅😅 Lady at the counter rude, or maybe is just their way of talking. I was asking about a bus that shows on the bus station website, but couldn't get to an understanding with her. The lady at the other counter was better:polite, with good eng, provided good info. Is such a touristic place, is 2023 and they still take only cash. Ridiculous. Bus station like stuck in 80s. No place to stay in shade. Full of people and also strange ppl waking around-so watch bags. Dirty place. No bench. Platform numbers don t make sense. No wifi. They should check their neighbors in Bosnia and take some input from them

        For foreigner tourists, it's hard to understand and figure out about bus times. If you go there without local perspn ypu might have a problem.

        I took a shuttle bus from Split to Dubrovnik. I bought my tickets online on the flixbus website ahead of time and booked the luggage, as I'd read that the drivers charged extra and I wanted to avoid any nasty surprises. In the end, everything went smoothly. We took the bus at 8.30am and there was no delay, the bus left and arrived at Dubrovnik on time, contrary to what I had read. The driver was not unpleasant, and he drove carefully, taking breaks. I'm very happy with my trip.

        Very disorganized place. Ticket counter takes only cash. The scheduled times posted for the buses are not realistic. Buses charge you extra for luggage that is included in your ticket. I did eventually get where I was going at least.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
