I really liked being surrounded by nature and having my own outdoor shower. The tent is very spacious and nicely decorated, it feels cozy. It’s quite hot during the day, but at night time it’s alright. I was only upset that I found a dirty toilet when I arrived. Asked the staff to help with it, assured they will but never did so I had to buy solution to clean it myself.

Can hear the card in the road near by. The place is beautiful. Good vibes. I decided to go check about the tents, for me they are to close from each other, but this is my opinion. The gardens pretty and the swimming pool lovely. They charge 40 Thb if you order your drink with Almond or coconut milk, I think is to expensive.

Amazing place to relax and enjoy your holidays. You feel like being in the forest with all this nature around you. It’s also gut for backpackers, digital nomads and for those looking for an alternative way of living. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. 100% recommended.

Without knowing how it gets so hot during the day and night, when the tent doesn't have air conditioner but only a fan, IT made US EXTREMELY TIRED AND EXHAUSTED WE COULDN'T SLEEP.THIS WAS INHUMAN EXPERIENCE.However when we happened to find a tent with an air-conditioner We booked it asap. And the experience was way different. We finally able to sleep and relax. It was really good and had a private bathroom as well. Our suggestion would be may be install an AC for all the tents, the customers will be happy and have a nice sleep. Us like travelers we fly for 10-20 hrs to come to Thailand then Phuket the city, there are many traveling included which makes us tired and exhausted and we need some relaxation and sound sleep. As the weather already super hot if the tent is not air conditioned this can be legitimate HELLISH TENT. At least the food was good, little expensive😊. So is the POOL it was nice to swim. For the customers please book AC tent its 20 dollars difference only.

Hi.. management, Here I am back again , I reviewed yesterday at the expense of the Cafe staff being rude to me while I was making an order for couple of iced Americano and shockingly she snapped at me with a sharp look and ask me to return to my seat with a stern command. I was taken a back as , while I was enjoying the splendid service from checking- in until the assistant from the front desk to the BBQ in the evening, and accounter a HOSTILE Cafe employee. I was astounded with the contrast difference between the rest of the staff's and this particular person. I guess I needed to delete my previous review and get a better understanding of my overall experience. My take is I enjoyed the 2 nights in ROOST and 1 particular incident did spoil my day, however , the days was not Loss with the pleasantry of all other hard working staff's. It's mearly a drop of spoil milk into an ocean. I gladly recommend to all locals and tourists alike to come and enjoy a marvelous getaway within the forest setup. Bravo to the service team , from FRONT DESK TO THE HOUSEKEEPING . Keep up the hard work . Peter Room 20 Arrival date 19 January

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
