You can get snacks and drinks for free. I didn't have to worry about losing my keys because I left my keys at the reception when I went out. I got a hair dryer at the hotel, but I was surprised to find a hair iron. I was happy because the wind power of the hair dryer was strong!

I have never stayed at this hotel. I visit the same building where this hotel is located once a week because I have something to do in the office located in one of the rooms in this building. I think the location is very convenient for overnight guests. Below is the reason. The Hibiya Subway Line entrance is right in front of you (1 minute walk to the ticket gate!) There are many coin parking lots nearby. This is a place that faces a large sidewalk and a large road, and has a pedestrian signal on the other side that allows you to cross. Therefore, it is an easy place to pick up a taxi. It's a place where you can safely park your car without being hit by someone when you're driving home 👍 There are supermarkets, convenience stores, drug stores, bakeries, cafes, and family restaurants within walking distance. . Isn't it a rare location in such a nice place in Roppongi? Most of the guests seem to be foreign tourists. You will be sharing the elevator with people from various countries (^^ゞ I don't think there are many people from a particular country.There is also a capsule hotel of a different type operating on the 3rd floor of this same building. Yes.

Good value for money hotel 1 minute walk from the station exit, close to a supermarket and convenience store. It's a pretty hard to find place on the 6th floor of a building. When I called and asked for the location, the employee was in a hurry and I couldn't get through the conversation. The employees at the reception desk were in a hurry, and even though I had made a reservation, I was guided under the assumption that I had not. No, you should probably check that first. I thought it was unusual that only the 6th floor of the building was a hotel. There was a Dyson hair dryer in the room, and the room was fairly spacious, with a nice bed and bath. There was enough water for each person in the room, and there were free bottles of tea and cafe au lait at the front desk. Sweets were also free. Soft serve ice cream and craft beer are sold within the hotel. It's great that there are so many Uber Eats stores in the area. When I was in the room, I could hear some noise from the hallway outside. I didn't know if the room next door was vacant or occupied, but I didn't hear any noise. Hotel prices are lower than the local market. I think it's okay to use it again.

Dyson hair dryer was good The bathroom is strange The service of drinks and snacks is nice. The noise level is to be expected since it is a city. Definitely cheaper than the surrounding area!

You'll be very satisfied with the amenities that you won't find at other hotels, including a complimentary bottle of juice, unlimited candy, a Dyson hair dryer, hair irons for women, pocket tissues, lotion, and other amenities. I would definitely use it again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
