        Amazing hotel. Great value. In the heart of everything. Rooms are perfectly equipped. Perfect tub for a soak after a long day of shopping. The lounge has a very cool vibe and the restaurant in the hotel was gorgeous. Food and staff amazing.

        This is a tough one to rate... If I was to rate it strictly on our experience and the issues, I'd rate it no more than a 3 star. But, they did eventually fix the issues (by moving us to a suite, as reparation for a VERY hot and uncomfortable night with no AC and no sleep), and as compensation, we were given access to the Golden Lounge; which was wonderful. So, outside of the issues with AC, broken toilet seat, dangerously cracked floor tile, broken wall outlets, etc. This really is a lovely hotel, with excellent staff. What lets it down is maintenance... Every issue we encountered was due to lack of maintenance for one reason or another. And if those issues hadn't been present, I'd have rated this hotel a 5 Star... But they were present... And if not fixed and compensated for, it would have been a 3 Star... But they were, so I'm rating it in the middle at 4 Stars. The rooms look lovely, with nice furnishings, amenities and accessories. And everything is generally clean. The Golden Lounge is a lovely amenity. Equipped with breakfast, snacks, lunch, snacks, and dinner throughout the day. I would say that if the management of the hotel would decide to invest just a little more to keep the rooms in perfect condition, this would be my choice for a stay in Milan every time. But right now, it isn't. Each room we experienced simply has too many small niggling issues. I hope they see the error of their ways...

        I can only rate a business center of this hotel as I was sleeping somewhere else. All was organized very well, spacious conference room with all you need to conduct a good meeting. Food (lunch) served was very good, stuff was very friendly and helpful. Amazing location in a heart of Milan. Thank you for a great memories.

        A very good hotel in the city center, where you can easily walk to all the points of interest. The staff is very helpful, and the breakfast is amazing. The prices were a bit high, and the downside was that when we returned tired to the room for the first time, it was not cleaned, especially considering the price.

        Good hotel in a great location. Pricy parking 65 euros per night. Room was back of hotel small but good view and clean. Small bathroom and all amenities for one person. Good reception and staff. It was not my first visit
