        We stayed in Rose Garden Apartments for 4 days. Awesome stay for us. Rooms are very clean and house keeping and Hospitality too good. Apartment staff are very much helpful to us. They do have a person for all arrangements for sight seeing. We have near by access for local shops n malls. We had a very goos stay. Rates also reasonable. Over all I'm giving 5 out of 5 our stay with dis apartment.

        Everything was really good, the staff, the facilities, the rooms and of course the location. The metro station is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. The reception desk is 24h which is really convenient. The pool was clean and very nice. I think the breakfast is a little bit expensive so we didn't try it.

        I generally don't share reviews, but I feel compelled to express my recent experience with your reservation response, which I found to be ethically questionable. In my request for a room, the representative asked if I planned to host a party, despite our simple intention to rest. The communication style was unhelpful and conveyed a lack of welcome. Inquiring if the representative was upset, I received a defensive response, "no, I'm not, what's the problem?" delivered in an irritable tone. If unable or unwilling to assist, it would be preferable not to take the call. The overall response felt impolite, leaving me with a sense of unwelcome rather than hospitality. Considering the recent reopening of the hotel, I expected a more professional approach to inquiries. Unfortunately, this encounter has raised concerns about the ethical handling of customer interactions. Additionally, I couldn't help but wonder if there might be a bias based on my tone or ethnicity, as the response seemed disproportionately negative for a straightforward room reservation request. This raises apprehensions about potential racial bias in the communication. I share this feedback in the hope that it contributes to the enhancement of customer experiences and maintains the integrity of your services.

        Service here is excellent. Great apartments, everything you need from a good kitchen to well serviced apartments. Convenient location close to malls and metros. Totally enjoyed my stay here.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
