The room itself at the Rose Inn was adequate. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning was fully functioning. The host was also very friendly. Unfortunately the street that the motel is located on is possibly the worst street I’ve seen in Langkawi. There is rubbish absolutely everywhere. The motel site also could do with a clean-up.

Room is nice and clean, bathroom is well maintained too. However, air conditioner and TV is not so well maintain. There are car park spaces at the motel. Overall, it is a great place for low budget stay. And it is walking distance to the jetty.

Simple but clean room, great location 15min walk from the ferry and near money exchange and food area. Great hospitality, comfortable bed and the AC worked great! Couldn't ask for more for the price 😁. I recommend for a simple stay.

Good budget option (57RM a night all in) in Langkawi. Friendly service, close to supermarket, ferry and laundrette. Bear in mind this is a real budget option - aircon didn’t work, WiFi didn’t reach room and furnishing seen better days - but good value for price on Langkawi, which is more expensive than many places in SE Asia.

Budget motel with only 10 rooms here and limited parking place. You can get the price even cheaper than online booking andif u call up the owner to request discount. Here is no everyday cleanness, you have to clean it yourself. Every room have individual bathroom.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
