        5 day stay, in a place where I've stayed once before, leaving tomorrow. Decent room and bathroom, and a good location in Bo-Kaap. However, the room has not been serviced a single time since my check in 4 days ago. If I remember correctly it wasn't serviced daily on my earlier trip either, but I think a shorter stay so I wasn't bothered. On this trip, I have left my room empty on every afternoon expecting a basic service. Even after writing to the owner for a fresh pair of towels (which I did get today) and room servicing, I have come back on my last afternoon here to a still unserviced room. Not sure what to make of it. Trying to be very understanding, but this is unacceptable. The owner has asked me to leave at 10 am tomorrow, citing the need for pest control service before other guests arrive. I hope they are ready to make their own bed and empty their own water basket.

        Very unpleasant stay. Kindly save your money. Manager Shaun is rude and arrogant. Kitchen were full of cockroaches.There is no washing machine in room. A.C is for namesake. Completely waste of money

        Central and well located in the city. It is in the colourful and charming area of Bo-Kaap, the area with the quaint little streets, cobbled roads, colourful houses, many mosques sounding morning, noon and evening prayers and the noon gun for some midday shudder. Small rooms, kitchen with all utensils, roadside parking, fruit, tea, coffee, yoghurts and little snacks. Near Somerset rd, De Waterkant, and the Cape Quarter.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel.           Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
