Lovely guest house, very friendly staff working and running the premises. Very thankful for them letting me drop off my bag early so I wasn't having to carry it around with me all day. Room was very lovely felt like a home from home, very comfortable bed and appreciated having use of fridge, microwave and kettle in the room. Ful Irish breakfast in the morning was very enjoyable, definitely needed after a run in the morning 😊 Lovely guest house to visit as a solo traveller, didn't feel unsafe or vulnerable whilst in the premises overnight which can be a big thing for solo travelling female.

Loved staying here, very nice place. The only off putting thing was the smell of the fridge, it didn’t smell very pleasant. WiFi was amazing and access to tv. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shower was nice. Very easy to find on Google maps. The host was lovely and kind. Didn’t have breakfast as only 1 person gets it free and there were 4 of us. Would definitely stay again!!!

Very nice place and people. They cooked and provided a really nice breakfast even though we were slightly late for it. This place is close to Peterborough Cathedral and the museum.

I arrived with my dog and was given the key to my room by a lady who said she had just cleaned it. I couldn't get in. She attempted to help me but couldn't get in either as if the lock had seized up. She asked me to wait downstairs while she got help but I decided to get on with my day and return in the evening where I was greeted by Shelly who was very nice and friendly and showed me where evening was. There was an unpleasant odour in the air which was slightly nauseating. Facilities in the twin room surprisingly included, full size fridge, microwave, kettle, tea and coffee, crockery and an en suite bathroom with lovely clean white towels. (I didn't use them as I brought my own.) The bed was ok, very clean bedding but I could feel the springs and didn't sleep very well. The floor going into the bathroom had very loose wobbly floorboards and I kept thinking I would fall through the floor so had to take a huge step over the threshold each time I went into the bathroom. There is free Internet which was very good . Breakfast wasn't to my liking. I asked for beans and scrambled egg on dry toast. The eggs had a strange texture and a lot of cloudy liquid around them which was very off-putting and so I only had a couple of mouthfuls and left it. The area didn't feel very safe, it is quite rundown and I was concerned about my car and the fact that I had to walk my dog in the early hours however, my concerns were unfounded. I wouldn't stay again mainly because of the location. The people were really nice and it was very clean but really really dated.

Really enjoyed the few days I spent at Kevin's while I was attending the Burghley Horse Trials. Very friendly, amazing Irish breakfasts. Very clean & comfortable. Nothing too much trouble. I will certainly stay there again next time I am in Peterborough. Thanks Kevin. Take care. Cheers Carol

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
