Location was great if you would want to access the metro. The front desk staff were amazing. I stayed at this place 2 months back and they were so sweet. They explained us the whole metro route and even were sweet to let us borrow their extra metro card. They helped us with all our luggage and cab. They even gave us bandage when I was hurt. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

Overall it was a good experience. Never had the chance and time to checked the amenities like pool, sauna and gym. It was a brief stay. I could have give 5 on all but the housekeeping is not daily and you have to request it. No one told me in the reception it is the case. I assumed like it was on my two previous visits in Dubai on different hotels that it was a routine. Room phone is a bit confusing with busy tones when you have to called the reception. I thought it was malfunctioning. TV channels directory is not accurate. I have to navigate through the TV guide in the information channel to figure out the rest. No spare outlets for devices you have to unplugged something to use it which is a bit hassle. Metro access is right at the doorstep. Room is clean the first time you arrived but if you don't ask for housekeeping it will be the same as you left for work. It is a good policy though to be fair if only I known because some guest may not like their rooms visited when they are out. Staffs are great, courteous, and accommodating. And lastly no alcohol allowed. I am not the bar going type and I did visit for work so I prefer to buy, bring, and down some beers on my own and call it a day. Unfortunately, to my surprise, 4 stars hotel with no bar and no alcohol allowed is kind a off puting and shocking. Like I already said, it was a good experience but it could have been better.

The service staff was incredibly helpful, and the location was convenient for commuting via metro. However, the hotel itself fell short of expectations. The rooms lacked attention to hygiene, and the views were underwhelming. While the breakfast was average, it felt overpriced.

This hotel is a total scam for a 4* hotel! We booked as we attended a business show in Dubai and got hooked by the good reviews. The price was quite high per night however the location directly at the metro was convenient. To be clear, the personnel is very friendly and professional, however the hotel is old and the rooms do have a smoke smell in them. The breakfast was really bad, there has only been toast and Arabic bread with one old toaster that burned everything or not even heated, there was nothing in between. Also the food that was available was hard to get for a westerner, some indian dishes, sausages and weird donuts. There has been some vegetables and Marmelade however no real cheese or bacon or anything. Also no potatoes/hash browns or anything like that. Furthermore the coffee was heated Nescafé, which I personally would not call coffee, especially in a 4* hotel I would have expected at least some standards with the breakfast… I will not stay again and would like to warn all travelers!

Our stay was amazing! The hotel is very clean. The location was nice, right outside of the metro. Many thanks to Mr. Saiful and Muhammad at reception, they were very kind and helpful with us. Overall friendly staff! Highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
