My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in mid-October 2023. Our room was very clean, and quiet, though felt a bit smaller. The bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom. The included buffet breakfast was great. We were on the 25/F and we felt safe as the room key had to be used to activate the elevator. We did not see any Security staff, however. The hotel location was excellent, with many eateries and shopping choices around. Our first impression was odd as the front desk was located on the 2/F. The staff at the front desk carried out their job fine but it would be nice if they wore a smile on their faces. We also noticed that some occupants appeared to be long-term residents of this hotel. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience with this hotel. We consider this hotel a great value in the area and would stay again when we visit Hong Kong next time.

I stayed here ten nights and couldn't have been more happy. Hotels twice as much my friends were staying at provided virtually the same room without breakfast and a worse location. Rosedale had a lovely breakfast buffet each morning or a small extra charge per night, the rooms were very clean, and the location was fabulous with plenty of dining options and shopping. Would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience here, the room was adequate and the view was great. The breakfast was awesome I really liked it a lot. The service was amazing, all staff did a great job and the room service cleaner was very nice and the men at the first floor helped me get a taxi to the airport.

The room was clean and quiet, though felt a bit smaller. Hotel location was excellent, with many eateries and shopping choices around. For me, the best part is they have a window corner with a city view. Overall it’s a good stay!

Very friendly lobby door reception and front desk staff, arrival and check-in was a great pleasure. Inexpensive upgrade to executive floor provided clean, renovated room with spectacular view was really a plus. Bath room was small but acceptable. Walking distance to many good restaurants, shopping and metro station was the biggest value.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
