Great hotel in a great location. It's definitely an older hotel, pool and gym are super dated, however that didn't detract from our stay. The hot tub was a little scummy (could see someone had scratched the word hi into the scum). The room was a great size for three people, one per bed and the pullout couch. Staff were really friendly and nice. Have stayed before and will definitely stay again.

My parents stayed in this place over the weekend and the rooms are quite roomy but on the older side and quite plain. You can’t beat the price though, for a downtown hotel that was right off Robson and so centrally located, it was a good deal! The pool was nice, the hot tub was warm (not hot, and the jets were almost non existent), the gym is very sparse and the steam room didn’t seem to steam very much. As someone who searches these things out in particular for hotels I was a little let down but like I said, crazy good prices for where you are located!

Very clean room (Queen Suite) - super quiet, shared door to the hallway with the room next door but we didn’t hear any noise in the hallways or outside whatsoever! Great location, came to town for the hockey game. Walking distance to everything downtown. Easy check in and check out! Definitely recommend!

When in Vancouver, I stay at Rosedale most of the time. Friends have a timeshare there. Rooms are always nice with a small kitchenette. Really like their indoor pool too... The location is fantastic! Close to events at Rogers arena or BC Place stadium. Easy walk to Canada Place and all of downtown. Great places to eat everywhere, including Original Joe's that's attached to Rosedale... The staff is consistently helpful and nice, especially the door men. Always genuine and easy to talk to... I always look forward to staying here.

It's always a good experience coming here. Porter Tim was amazing. He doesn't hesitate to go above and beyond to be helpful. He is always inviting and upbeat. It was a pleasure to meet and be greeted by him in the lobby. He is a real asset to this hotel and will make the day for any guest. His work ethic is encouraging and appreciated.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
