We picked Rosellen suites for our wedding. Upon check-in, they offered to upgrade us to their penthouse suite. The suite was amazing with so much room and a wrap around balcony. It completely made our wedding day so much easier since the space had so much natural light for photos and enough space for our makeup and photography vendors to do their thing. They were also so accommodating with parking with the many vendors coming in and out. We cannot thank them enough for making our stay there so perfect! It really elevated the experience we had on our wedding day.

Building is a little older but the suite is fairly decent. It is almost impossible to find street parking so be prepared to dough out $25 per night for a very limited spots parkade. It does have a front office during office hours but after 5pm you will have to call a hotline if you need any assistance. It is very close to all the downtown activities and the major streets. So most places are walkable. Only a few minutes drive to Stanley Park. But because it's so close to downtown, the surrounding traffic can be quite slow and chaotic depending on time of day. I think it's an okay place to stay especially if you bring a family to share the space.

I was pleasantly surprised by the loveliness of our our one bedroom suite. The reviews do not paint this spot in a positive light but we had nothing but a positive experience. Our unit was very nicely decorated and clean. It’s clearly an old building but the suite had been well maintained. It is steps away from Stanley park and easy walking distance to many great restaurants, cafes and to Second Beach and pool! You won’t find a place this close to Stanley Park for a better price. Make sure you check in by 5pm and avoid the weird after hours check in directions. It’s worth paying the 25$ parking fee if you are coming with a car. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for Gran Fondo ride event as close to downtown and Stanley Park. It’s walking distance to lot of restaurants. The rooms are okay at best. But we got the PH which I must say was very nice. Extremely clean and spacious with patio deck that has bbq. There are a few things they can improve on which is the main shower has no racks that you can put your shampoos/soap on, leaving everything on the shower floor. The hardwood floors need servicing as they squeak right at the entrance of room.

Located in a quiet residential area with excellent walkability to nearby restaurants and beaches. We booked this location because of it’s proximity to Stanley Park. We were expecting a more commercial location so we were a little skeptical when the Uber pulled up to an “apartment”building in a residential neighborhood. The building is dated but clean. The person who checked us in, Tag, was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area offering excellent suggestions on things to see and do in the area. We ended up walking different streets each time we ventured out so we could see all the lovely architecture and foliage in this beautiful neighborhood. We easily walked to the suggested bike rental place (though there were MANY to choose from, including easily accessible rentals on the residential corners). We biked Stanley Park and on our last day, took our coffee and walked 5 minutes to the park and sat on a bench near the lost lagoon and marveled at the beauty of this area. If you’re looking for action out your front door, and 5-Star accommodations, this is not for you. If you prefer a more “apartment” style vibe, this is an excellent choice. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen well-equipped, and plenty of towels etc were provided.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
