Stood in line to be checked in for about 30 minutes, and this was well after dinner hours so the crowd was gone. About the rooms...The beds were rock hard. My back is still recovering from those uncomfortable beds. AC unit definitely needs to be cleaned. I woke up with all kinds of allergy issues. I wouldn't be shocked if there was mold in the AC. The toilet was a small child sized toilet. The shower was broken and dripping water 24/7. The refrigerator wasn't even cold at all. Horrible experience but great location. One of the nights we tried the buffet thinking we could save some money since the restaurants around were so expensive... nope, the buffet for 2 people was just as much as the 5 star Italian place across the street. And there is all of 3 people working in the buffet. The chef, the waitress, and the guy who cleans up the plates/tables. Sometimes I had to sit for 10 minutes waiting to get a refill on a drink. I can confidently say if you are a person who isn't bothered by the quality of a place and you only want to save money per night than this is the place for you.

I have stated this hotel for four straight years, it is extremely close to everything. Which is where my business is always handled. I have never had bad service of any type including the restaurant. Every waiter or waitress in the restaurant and hostess have always been polite. The food is always been great. The rooms are clean. Smell good and are always set up with everything you need from towels to soap to shampoo. I highly recommend you use this hotel. The price is very affordable.

How the staff handled our situation and the level service provided by them is why my review is 2 star and not a 1 (or a 0). First two nights were ok but after that every night my wife woke up with bed bugs bite which got worse everyday. Initially we didnt think much of it and thought it was just some bug bite only to later discover that its bedbug bites. The staff were kind, took a complaint form, sprayed our luggage and gave us tokens to dry our clothes dried in the heat to kill any bugs. (Sounds like they have done this before). They have promised a refund or certificate for our inconvenience (which sadly we haven't seen yet). Yes, the price is a value price, but it's not worth the hassle of being bitten and going through all that has to be done to sanitize, clean or get rid of your stuff. Pros - Close to convention Center, restaurants and other activities - price is not bad - free parking - prompt response when you call the front desk - friendly staff Cons - biggest con is bed bugs - rooms are pretty little dirty, dated and tight - it took long to check-in

Its a decent hotel for the price, usually stay here everytime we come to florida for 2 weeks at a time, although in the rooms they get tiny little bugs on the wooden furniture, learnt by the mistake of leaving food there, also air conditioning leaks in the rooms and on the outside walkway past the rooms. Great spot though on international drive! Not far from Disney parks or universal parks at all or local amenities. The rooms are a little dated but we usually find that with cheaper more budget friendly hotels anyway even with Disney so.

The room would have had a higher rating if the door to the room would have been functioning better. It was very difficult to open. I will say they did appear to have one of their buildings under construction so hopefully building B is next.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
