This one is one of my best experiences with hotels in Florida. It has a luxury vibe, with all world-class amenities at reasonable prices. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The entire place is extremely clean and neat. Rooms are very comfortable with amazing views. Ample parking space makes it a lot easier to park in the middle of the city. The rooms have great amenities. I had an amazing stay here, and I will definitely recommend it to choose this place for having a comfortable hotel experience!

We have a great break here over the Christmas and holiday period, as we had booked the hotel via British Airways as a package we had complimentary parking and a complimentary discount for the restaurant. The rooms are not super modern but like the whole hotel they were clean and well cared for. If you factor in location and value for money it's a superb choice.

Great valet service and check in service. Rooms are dated. Beds are uncomfortable and most of all the hotel is loud. You can hear every footstep outside your room, guests go up and down the hallway and worst of all the pool. At 11:30 guests were still outside as loud as can be. Would not recommend.

We frequently visit Orlando and have stayed at a lot of places on international drive. I Found this hotel on a 3rd party booking site while I was just browsing during an unplanned Orlando trip. They had great reviews on the booking site so I decided to book. I looked further on the ride to Orlando & they had not so great reviews on google. I almost took the $100 cancellation fee and moved to pick a different hotel. I decided to give it a shot anyways. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean it was and how nice it was ! They have so much on site for convenience such as a steak house , night club , 2 stores , pool bar and a nice pool. The rooms are freezing ( love that !) . My one and only complaint was the water does not get hot in the shower. It was just barely warm. Talking to other guests at the pool no one else has this problem so I’m guessing we just got the fluke room. No biggie. We would definitely stay here again. Great location and near many fun things.

This hotel was pretty nice. I gave 4 stars only because the bathroom set up was a little weird and felt a little cramped but otherwise good. The location was really perfect for I-drive and where we were going. Pool area is decent not too big only negative was the service at the pool bar was very slow. There was maybe 2 girls working and it took a while to get our food. Dinner was packed and the food did also take a while but I don’t know if it’s because they were so busy. Our stay was good overall and we would stay again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
