This was a true luxury experience. The property is fabulous, the staff were incredible and the level of service is exactly what I would expect from a Rosewood hotel. I am amazed at how well run and maintained the property is - from the rooms to the restaurant/ bar to the gym/ pool - everything was immaculate. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property without hesitation.

Went to cuts, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the 600 gram dry aged steak for 2. The grilled asparagus and broccoli were brilliant. Topped off the dinner with the cheesecake which was plenty for us both. Service was immaculate as usual, and the view of Phnom Penh was outstanding with the lightning flashes and rain. Best romantic dinner in the city.

When I want to clear my head and get a sense of who I am, I go to Rosewood. Rosewood is one of the most luxurious places in Phnom Penh that I love visiting. I say this after having scouted nearly the ENTIRE city of Phnom Penh. As soon as I enter the building, I feel relaxed. The staff members are always ready to assist and will attend to your requests. I made preparations for a special occasion and had specific requirements. Needless to say, I left satisfied that evening. I have yet to meet management, but the staff is already going above and beyond. There are many different restaurants to visit, a study with various books (some in French), an art gallery, a cigar lounge, Sora sky bar, etc. I can't fully express my satisfaction when it comes to Rosewood. There are a few things that I would suggest, but it's more about the restaurants. I still give Rosewood an honest 5-star rating. I will continue to visit this wonderful establishment. Also, I've never booked a room here, but I assume that the rooms are top-tier. I plan to reach out personally to extend my gratitude and my services. Thank you for making Rosewood what it is.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
