We spent two nights at Roso Guest House following our month long holiday in Mexico. Roso Guest House was the perfect place to rest and recover after our adventure. It is located in Roma a very nice and safe neighbourhood. There are lots of nice restaurants and cafe within a couple of blocks of Roso Guest House. We had the room on the ground floor and it was very clean, spacious, had a king size bed and a massive bathroom. The shower pressure was amazing and the water did not turn cold after a couple of minutes. Roso Guest House offered a continental breakfast on the terrace. It included fruit, toast, cereal, baked bread, juice and tea/coffee. Roso Guest House was the perfect place to end our trip to Mexico!

Absolutely perfect!! This beautiful boutique hotel is an oasis in this trendy neighborhood of Roma Norte. We felt safe and the service was above and beyond.. 24 hour person at door the staff is friendly and kind.. rooms r beautiful and bed was so comfortable..hands down one of the best places we have stayed at. Antonio and Gabriela were also great hosts with great advice on places to check out. Restaurants r literally steps away.. plus some of the very popular ones r within 5 minutes 😎😎

Stayed at Roso Guest House for my first visit to Mexico City and couldn’t have felt more welcome or safe at this property. Not only is the location superb (walking distance to many shops, restaurants, etc.) the rooms are modern and spacious. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly woman named Marianna who helped us navigate the property. It is important to note there is a 24-hour security officer at the door of the property which made us feel even more comfortable. The rest of the staff is equally kind and attentive to your every need. Breakfast is simple but perfect for getting your morning started before venturing out. Housekeeping was especially amazing and turned down our room every day with fresh towels, folded clothes, and fresh soap, etc. One thing I would recommend is if you are sensitive to noise, request a room on the upper floor as this used to be a house and sound echoes. We utilized the transportation to and from the airport that came recommended by the hotel which was very reasonable and timely. Already looking forward to our next trip to CDMX! 😄

Lovely small boutique hotel! The staff were bilingual and always incredibly helpful. There is 24 hour security at the front door and the location is fantastic. Right in the center of the Roma Norte neighborhood, walking distance to a ton of great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The rooftop terrace was a little jungle oasis in the city. The included breakfast was basic but coffee was good and it was nice to have some fresh fruit, juice, local pastries and yogurt before heading out in the morning. Will absolutely return!

Gorgeous guest house. Rooms are super clean and spacious and there’s also a lovely rooftop where they serve breakfast. The location is also perfect, it’s just far enough away from the bars and restaurants so that it’s quiet at night but you’re only a stones throw away from the all the action at the same time. Finally, the staff are really friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Would 100% stay again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
