The good: Location, location, location. It's right in the middle of the old city, with the ability to walk to many places. Rooms are tidy and clean, well equipped with tea/coffee and chocolate. Friendly front desk. Room was quiet. The bad: It should be expected that rooms in any old town hotel would be smaller and so is the case here. But it was not inconvenient at all. We were able to fit two suitcases worth of stuff while easily walking around the room. The ugly: The safe can be opened by entering 000000. So the safe is NOT safe. We would stay there again.

The guys at the entrance have no idea of what they do. I gave them my ID still valid. They have problem to read numbers. + they are not even nice . Finally I picked up another hotel

Nice room in the city center right next to rossio square. Some staff are friendly, some are moody and unresponsive as never seen before in a hotel.

The cleanliness of the room is ok but the pictures don't really reflect the reality and it is very noisy up until 3 or 4 in the night. The location is great it is close to everything but the neighbourhood is quite awful. It is dirty (that being said half of Lisbonne is not clean) but the worst part is that under the hotel you have cheap and dirty shops and a lot of people who are always sitting there and want to sell you illegal stuff. The surroundings are fishy. So for girls traveling alone it is not recommended at all!!! We asked for a late check out they only gave us till 1:30 saying that the hotel is full. Maybe it is so but we never saw any ither clients during our 4 nights there! One morning we wanted to have breakfast at the hotel because we were going on tour, the breakfast team was not ready that morning! It was 7:50 and breakfast should open at 7:30. Another bad experience is the tour and the guide they recommended to go to Sintra. It was an awful guide. I don't know why they work with him. He only drove he barely spoke and we didn't learn anything new! All in all, not worth the money.

Great place to stay. Big, clean rooms. Very well maintained. Breakfast was decent but had better. I would recommend eating breakfast in one of the many breakfast bars. But you get a lot for €10 at the hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
