I can't say enough about this beautiful little hotel. The location is perfect, a glorious little street tucked in the middle of the old city. The hotel is beautifully appointed with quality linens and furniture. The service was impeccable, especially since the airlines had misplaced our luggage and the front desk went out of their way to make sure we got it as soon as was possible. The street is lined with really good restaurants, the seafood was amazing.

Here are the issues in the room: broken shower holder, so the first shower was really difficult. After asking twice to fix, it was finally fixed. Not enough toilet paper. TV remote not working, luckily after reporting to front desk, it was fixed. Thermometer not working, it always blow out hot air making the room too hot, there is no way to keep the room cooler. So in the end I have to just turn it off. The room cost more than 200CAD per night so I expected a better quality. Other than the location, I don't think the room itself worth that price.

Location is absolutely perfect, central to everything, but still in a relatively quiet and safe area. However, the staff made us feel uneasy, they were also young and seemed inexperienced. One example of this-- a girl on staff walked into our room after checking us in, then stated she was checking the rooms and got the wrong room. Obviously a mistake, but super unprofessional and it freaked my partner and I out. The cleaning staff are also noisy, every morning. On location alone I would recommend this hotel, decent value, the rooms and nice and clean, but the staff we dealt with throughout our stay left a lot to be desired.

A 2-5 minute walk from the Restauradores/Rossio station (train and subway), very convenient to walk or take transit to so many areas of Lisbon such as Chiado and Alfama. Prices for the room was very affordable for 3 people as well (~$100 a night total for 3). Highly recommend for those that are visiting Lisbon!

We enjoyed our stay in this Hotel. The staff were friendly and even recommended some restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. What I like about it is that it’s close to Rossio Train Station and many tourist attractions and food places. I hoghly recommend this Hotel!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
