We stayed two nights at the hotel. From the beginning the receptionist was very kind and polite, offering us a pastry with a glass of port wine. Very warm welcoming. The rooms are very clean and big and facilitated with everything one needs. The location is very center and the price is fair. The treatment pf the staff was great I definitely recommend!!

Everyday clean rooms service. Excellent. The staff at the breakfast very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast . I had a problem with my health after midnight. Really worlds are not enough to explain how helpful and polite the front desk was. Any time they were available for us.we booked a trip through the hotel and we were so pleased too.

The rooms are modern and clean. The location is excellent. There are not many amenities... Like a restaurant but around the hotel you will find more than enough places to eat for every meal. I would definitely stay here again. There is no parking if you come in with a rental car

Nice small hotel. You need to climb stairs to get to the elevator. The rooms are really small but is common in Europe. The location is perfect. Lots to do in the area. When you walk in, it is very clean and smells great. Next door is the best pastel da Nata in the city Castro. The elevator to see the city is across the street. Walking distance from the river. Bars and restaurants are a plenty at walking distance. Bathroom had no wash cloths. The reception is separate from the rooms. Different entrance down the block. I wouldn’t return to this hotel because of how small it is. Made us feel uncomfortable. The hallways are tight and everything is just small. Even the toilets were small.

Stunning hotel with beautiful indoor decor. The service at checkin and checkout has been phenomenal. Great staff who are happy to be at work. Rooms kept clean and complimentary water/wine & tarts is a very nice touch!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
