For the price of this inn, you get a good-sized room with tv, microwave, and fridge. The location is central if you plan on visiting multiple places in LA. You can easily grab a bite to eat in the area. Rooms are dated but clean. If you're out all day, It's just a place to sleep. Noisy guests are swiftly dealt with by staff or the security guard. Parking is below and had no problem with parking. Overall, it's good.

The facility is not just really old but very dirty. They provided 1 round table and 2 cushioned chairs as the only seating area you could sit in the room. The table is sticky and the chairs are super dirty with marks and stains that you can hardly sit. The room is equipped with the cheapest furniture they can and not been cleaned for ages. Floor is sticky as well. Economic single room is too small to 2 people though it is with double bed and sleep up to 2. Nothing looks like the photos. The hotel is managed like a hostel but charged at a hotel's rates. You hear big groups of people drinking and talking loudly in the courtyard after 10pm. Drunk people knocked at the doors after midnight because they are too drunk to open the doors themselves. My next door slept 4 people with 3 girls and 1 guy. Totally strange. I booked a few months earlier under partner's offer but still feel the discounted rate is overpriced. I will definitely avoid. The location is in Koreatown and does not feel safe to be honest.

Staff was rude when we wanted to check in early, then informed us about a $20 per hour fee to check-in early. What a joke. Room was nice, but the AC was old and needed resetting a time or two. Beds were comfortable. The shower was trash with no water pressure. At least there were vending machines at the outdoor area. There's a $200 security deposit which I thought was too high in my opinion. One positive thing I can say is that it's close to a lot of mini-malls, restaurants and transit options. You have the Koreatown Plaza right across the street with a bunch of shops and restaurants inside(and an H-Mart!) the Galleria a couple of blocks down Western, the 207 bus that takes you to Hollywood, a bunch of restaurants in the area, and the Metro D Train at Wiltshire/Western Station(be careful, that line can be incredibly sketchy) along with multiple bus routes to Santa Monica, Downtown LA and all other destinations. Checking out was pleasant until we inquired about storing our luggage for a few hours and picking them up in time for our next destination. $20 bucks per bag, but the guy was nice and gave us $10 per bag. Even though he kinda did us a favor, it's pretty ridiculous at the same time. Don't think I'll be coming back here unless no other viable options are left. They try to get every penny out of you for any and every thing.

I am not hung up on particulars. 4 walls. Safe, clean, close, friendly, reasonably priced, included parking. No one walked in my room my car was safe, as it was each time I returned to it. A patrolling security guard who was friendly. I look forward to my return visit. The bed was comfortable, smelled of bleach, bathroom was clean, shower was hot and forceful. The tv was updated and modern though the decor was not, however, I could care less about updated chairs and baseboards. The ac blew cold all night and day. There is a nice courtyard outside to sit at and enjoy the air. The property was quiet. I woke up rested and checkout was a breeze. I miss that places like this are not the norm. Great experience.

service is terrible. they did not have my booking in the system and downgraded my room but I still paid the same. called and asked for late checkout and all he said was "'no". mattress is hard and sheets are rough. bathroom is tiny and dirty. only good things are free parking and good location

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
