Wonderful stay with breathtaking scenery and beautiful modern Japanese architecture. Service was excellent as well, the staff members were attentive and efficient. There are also great perks and benefits for Hilton Diamond members, including upgrades, a nice breakfast, and dining/experience credit. Highly recommended for travelers wanting to experience a restful stay with leisurely strolls in the natural beauty of Kyoto.

I've stayed at numerous Hilton properties across the world and this is the best property I've stayed at by far. We visited during late November and the fall foliage on the property was a breathtaking scene. Everything from start to finish was a divine experience and the amazing staff was really the cherry on top. The hotel even upgraded us to a higher room type at check-in (and recognized our Diamond status, which is rather rare nowadays). I look forward to returning to Roku Kyoto for a future stay!

Such an incredible hotel. The property is beautiful, the room is spacious and very comfortable beds. The staff goes above and beyond and the pool is surreal. Very relaxing stay but it would be nice if you could rent bikes/scooters to explore the surrounding areas as the location is very secluded but super relaxing. Can’t wait to go back.

Staff is very nice and service is top tier, they are very kind and attentive. Rooms were very spacious and clean! View is beautiful and stunning 🤩 I came with family and we all found the breakfast very tasty 😋 10/10 The only difficulty I found was speaking English —- it was kind of hard to hear clear English speaking from staff as someone from the U.S., so I’m very glad I had a family member who could speak Japanese to make communication clear during this trip to this hotel 😅 I would definitely come to this hotel again if I come to Kyoto 😊

Roku Kyoto truly shines as a remarkable destination in Japan, delivering an experience that leaves a lasting impression. Its most striking feature is the serene and picturesque scenery, creating a tranquil oasis that is a balm for the soul. My room, which was standard and not upgraded, still epitomized comfort and elegance, beautifully mirroring the hotel's peaceful environment. Although the room felt smaller compared to my upgraded room at Conrad Osaka, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. The service at Roku Kyoto was exceptional, closely rivaling the top-notch service I received at Conrad Osaka, and firmly securing its position as one of the best in Japan. It’s worth noting that the service at Conrad Tokyo, in comparison, did not make the same mark. However, I had to dock one star from the room rating due to a minor issue with the shower head. Not all the spouts were functioning, which slightly affected the shower experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
