We came there for breakfast buffet to celebrate my sister-in-law’s birthday. I am pregnant so I wanted to have a decaffeinated coffee and I was actually surprised that they served it there. Happy surprise. :) Rodica was very accommodating, she greeted us with a warm welcome and a big smile. When we’re about to head out, she even made her way to us just to make sure are still enjoying our short stay. So thank you Rodica for being such a ball of sunshine. 🥰🥰

I spent 22 days in the hotel while I was in Dubái for work and I am grateful and amazed by the service and attention. The staff is warm and welcoming, and always assisting on anything I would need! They received my parcels, kept my room cozy and clean, and guided me on my daily needs such as getting a taxi, carrying my luggage, getting provisions from the pharmacy and finding my team. Breakfast is delicious and diverse! If you are a foodie, get ready to explore a wide diversity of options: proteins, fruits, vegetables, a selection of cheeses (and/or hummus), baked pasta, spiced riced, and all the delicious pastry. The menu is available to get warm suggestions from the chef. Thank you Ella for always remembering my vegan hot chocolate! You made my start of a day very special everyday 😍

I’ve been here more than 5 times to be honest and I love this place and their service so much! Rodica is the nicest ever at reception. She always welcomes me with the biggest smile and the best compliments. She has become one of my highlights at this Rove branch. The room are always tidy too and service is fast. Food at the daily is delicious :)

Very good hotel with really good vibes.. The location is just right, next to the metro station, makes it super convenient to go to most locations.. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good.. Their breakfast buffet system was unique, where we could order one main dish over and above the regular spread.. Overall great service and perfect offering for travellers

We could not ask for better hospitality. Staff was always alert to help. I would like to emphasise that one particular member of staff at the reception, Salma, made our stay from day 1 exceptional. We will definitely use Rove hotel again in Deira. J

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
