My experience at the Rove Hotel City Walk was largely enjoyable, highlighted by a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The hotel’s ambiance stood out, contributing to a relaxing and pleasant stay. However, there were a few areas where the service could be improved. The check-in process took notably longer than anticipated, with a 40-minute delay against the promised 15-20 minutes. Furthermore, the response time for room service was slower than I had expected, which was a bit disappointing. Despite these service-related issues, the overall quality of the hotel and the comfort of my stay were commendable. While there’s room for improvement in terms of service speed, the positive aspects of my stay were predominant. Concluding, I would rate my stay at the Rove Hotel City Walk a 7 out of 10. The experience was good overall, but some service aspects could be enhanced for a more seamless experience. ---------------------- Update: I’m thankful for the hotel management’s response to my review, highlighting their dedication to guest experience. I stayed here for 5 nights and it was a great 10/10 experience. Everything was really clean and the room view was great. The breakfast had a variety of options. I am specifically writing this review for Mohammed Islam who made the stay even better! He attended all our needs really quickly no matter how many times we have asked! And does it with such a respectful kind manner. This made me love the hotel even more. Thank you and hope to see you again.

I enjoyed my stay at Rove, their concept is different from any regular hotel and I enjoyed that! Also the staff was amazing in general, I have to appreciate bubbly Diana and Beatrice, they made my stay more worthwhile, thank you! Lastly, the location was definitely a plus for me💪🏾

We are very happy to be in this hotel. The location is a 10/10 and the service (room service, breakfast) is excellent. For breakfast we always sit on the outside, the view is amazing. John is a very nice guy and always has a smile for you! He is doing a great job, very caring!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
