My experience at the Rox Hotel Istanbul deserves a four-star. The hotel boasts a stylish and comfortable ambiance, creating a pleasant stay. The rooms are well-appointed with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable retreat. The staff is courteous and responsive, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The central location is convenient for exploring the city. While the overall experience was commendable, there's room for minor improvements in certain service areas. Nonetheless, Rox Hotel Istanbul offers a satisfying stay with its combination of comfort, style, and attentive service.

Hello, I am from Gabon, a small Central African country. I recommend Rox Hotel as a place to stay during your trip in Istanbul. It is a secure, pleasant and quite place to stay during your vacation or medical trip. The team is very professionnal and welcoming. I had the honor to meet the Manager Ms. Hande, a very professionnal and dynamic woman, full of courtesy. Besides, you have shopping centres around on a 5 minutes walking distance, the metrobus is also nearby if you wish to go around. However, you can order a taxi from the reception. The room service is fast and correct. For the fans of cosmetic surgery, you can find a well-known clinic called Natural Clinic on the other side of the road. The cleaning team is adorable and respecfull. Breakfast is stocked and refined, hot meals are served. This hotel is a nugget, give it a try ! Bye! Diane

I had an exceptional stay at ROX Hotel in Istanbul, Turkey, and I can't praise it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel right at home. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from the Airport Outlet Centre, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was not only comfortable but also quite large, ensuring a great night's sleep. The icing on the cake was the wonderful view from my room, which added an extra layer of charm to my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a generously sized shower with multiple shower heads. It's the little details like this that truly enhance the overall experience. Now, let's talk about breakfast – it was a delightful spread with a wide variety of options to choose from. Whether you prefer a hearty breakfast or something lighter, they've got you covered. One standout feature of ROX Hotel is the staff. They were incredibly helpful and informative, and even when faced with tricky English questions, they'd use Google Translate to ensure I received the right answer. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is commendable. I also had the pleasure of dining at the onsite restaurant, and it didn't disappoint. The menu offered a diverse range of choices, and the quality of the food was excellent. Overall, I can't give ROX Hotel enough praise. It's a gem in Istanbul, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. If you're planning a trip to Istanbul, I highly recommend ROX Hotel for its exceptional staff, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and convenient location. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

I stayed there for 1 night, the room was ok, but something very, very strange happened in the hotel and for this I don't recommend this hotel. I felt like somebody wants to cheat me. We parked the car in front of the hotel. Not a big parking place, many places where you can park the car. They asked to leave the key of the car at the receptions to move it, if it s need it. (rule of the hotel - - - it was mandatory - very strange!!!!!!!!! ). For what to move my car, it was night the parking place has only 2 cars. At the check in, I found out they gave me a ticket i attached it, where they written I left the car key by my own responsability and if something it happend with my car (damage or steal ) it s not their problem/ responsability. OMG!!!!! . When i asked for what they need my car key, they couldn t gave my any arguments, just they have valley service. We refused to leave the keys, so they proposed us to leave the hotel. My boyfriend had an big argue with them for this. And after long discussion with them, they let us stay in the hotel without leaving the car key. It was night and we were tired after the driving way, otherwise i ll not give any money to this strange hotel. Valley service for one small hotel and small parking place for what??? And i gave you my key, and if my car dissapear it s not your problem!!!!! . Cool ! Seems like a turkish cheating. I travelled in 20contries, 168 cities in this world, none proposed something like this!!!! , so take care of your car key!!! I DON'T recommend THIS HOTEL!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
