We had a wonderful 4D/3N stay at Royal Agate Beach Resort. Location is great right in the middle of Pantai Cenang - a hidden gem very near to the beach, shops and eateries. Staff and services are excellent from Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Food & Beverage. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, big and spacious. Amenities are replenished daily. We stayed in the Deluxe Sea-view Room - beautiful views of the beach, sea and islands. Breakfast was a simple buffet that included an egg station - no complains - much appreciated. Breakfast is a plus point as it is difficult to find eateries early in the morning (7++am). We forgot our backpack when we left - checkout on the way to the airport but the prompt alertness from staff - called us and we made a u-turn back to collect our bag-pack and still reached the airport with ample time to spare. Thank you! F&B promotion dinner was tasty. We will surely come back to stay here. Thank you again to the Royal Agate Beach Resort team for making our stay pleasant.

The location of this hotel is super good, close to shops, restaurants and beach. The rooms were big, which was a plus. However, this ‘resort’ is a has a lot of problems. First of all is the SMELL of mold when you come into the room, which is visible in some places. We were in a room on the 5th floor, I don’t know if the other rooms have the same problems. The headboard has stains, lock on the door almost fell off. The place is just super old and in need of some big renovation. Also the pool was (still) not working, as I’ve seen some other reviews state as well.

Not a big hotel. Like 5 storeys with a small lift or walkable by the fire escape staircase at the back. Guess there were about 50 rooms. Small pool with divider wall for kids pool. A nice size rooftop dining with spectacular view facing west with Cenang beach. We saw sunrise from the back and sunset from the front. Very very conveniently located in the middle of Cenang Beach Street. Reminded me of my stay in Kuta Bali. Everything was within walking distance. Parking was limited at the back of the hotel...about 6 cars. A value for money but I'm not giving 5 stars rating because there was no telephone in the room which was inconvenient to ask for housekeeping or reception. You have to go down to the ground floor and request from the reception table. Funny thing was to wait for pool towels in the room instead of by the pool. The room for 3 pax was big. Besides a queen size and a single bed, there were enough space for 2 extra beds on the floor if need. A cheap hair dryer was installed in the desk drawer. Food was acceptable for the price we paid. Love the strong coffee and tea. Great friendly service.

First thing first. Parking is very limited. Just before the hotel building, there's a small alleyway. Try to find a spot there. If you can't find any, there's ample parking space around 300 meters from the hotel. Check-in was easy, and the receptionist was friendly. There's only 1 lift available & it is quite small. The room, though, was really spacious. Air conditioning functions well. The bathroom was clean enough. The bed & pillow were adequate, not too comfortable but just adequate. The best part about this hotel is the accessibility to Cenang Street. Everything is here. Even the beach is just a minute walk from the hotel.

Nice and affordable hotel, overall is good. Only one lift available for 5 floors, have to wait quite long time if it’s breakfast time or dinner time but hey you can always take the stairs. The toilet is a bit dim. Recommend if you are looking for affordable hotel and it is walking distance to Pantai Cenang.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
