BUGS EVERYWHERE IN THE ROOM there are bed bugs all over the room, owners knew about it, you can see that they put treatment on every corner of the wall. we found it on our clothes, in the bed. the owner did not want to know anything and did not even want to find an arrangement for us

I already paid for 2 night at booking.com on 6-8 May 2022. When i arrived, i told with customer service and he said the room are full. He don't recieved email on my booking. But at the same time he offered me another room with another agent and i need paid for that room. Very bad services. He also dont want to refund my money back. At the same day, I go to get police report, i want to take a law action for that case because being cheat.

A cozy serviced apartment strategically located in the heart of Bukit Bintang. 24/7 hours security and convenient area. Near IMBI monorail station & times square shopping mall. And has 5 Star amenities and great accessibility, making it the perfect accommodation to live, work, relax and chill out.

I booked at agoda. When i arrived, i call the agent and he said that the room are full. Very bad services. The agent also dont want to refund my money back. For those who want to stay at this hotel, please find other hotel. Not worth for your time and money. I want to take a law action for that agent for being cheat. Stupid agent ever

A shared building and parking with Furama Hotel, convenient walking distance to all famous shopping mall and plenty of food stall around the neighborhood. Quiet environment, helpful foreign staff with instant response on complain. Overall acceptable for a family stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
