Lovely place, nice pool with pool bar, great for family and friends trip. Rooms are spacious and breakfast was good. Their beach feels really private. Staff was very friendly and provided good service.

Thanks to all the staff! It has been wonderful to stay there. We stayed rather long. They treated us as family. I had to visit the dentist, then they looked for the dental clinic, and even offered a ride. We are informed very well about what to do and where to go for fun activities, shopping tasting and learning about Thai culture. The pool side Barbecue was one of the best, too. The fresh fresh delicious seafood, grilled corn, baked potatoes, salads, fried rice. We loved it, and already miss it. Everyone works diligently and seriously under the extremely hot 🔥 weather in the kitchen, restaurant, bar, housekeeping, maintenance team, and reception. Location: quiet, easy to get to visit Lamai, a very good restaurant (Sabienglae) in a 5 minute on foot), a very good massage shop across (about 5 min on foot) Thank you very much for your service. All the very best wishes to all the team till we see you all again!

It was a great resort with a beautiful view from my room which i book is a Deluxe Family room. Breakfast starts at 8am, means you do not have to wake up so early like 6am for breakfast. The place is very idly. If you want a peaceful, quiet & serene resort. This is one of them here in Lamai beach. Nearest 7 eleven store would be walking to the right about 750mtrs walk. The staff was friendly & very approachable. They actually help me to find a locksmith as my luggage key was broken. Which i manage to re-make the key & got my luggage open. It is so family oriented resort. Very good for families with little children. The best time with my kids which i’ve had ever. Thank you so much Royal Beach Boutique Resort. I will definitely look forward to stay with you again. Kudos to all the resort team for making the resort so family friendly.

It generally is a nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and the food at the restaurant was good. The gym was also really nice. The room we had was good but it wasn’t super clean (I once had to wipe the floor after our daughter broke a bottle and the towel turned out to be rather dirty afterwards). The bathroom was really small which wouldn’t have been a problem if we were traveling without kids… Restaurants are in walking distance but you partly have to walk on the busy street because there aren’t pedestrian sidewalks everywhere.

Very nice hotel directly located at beach. We had a very nice big and fully equipped apartment. Beds are very convenient. Pool with bar and enough seats and sunbeds. What stood out: service and staff in general. They all wanted to give us the best time ever and that is very much appreciated.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
