I am booked for a 17 days stay at Royal Biz and is currently staying with them. I am enjoying my stay and don't have complaints. Every staff I've met and interacted with are polite, courteous and helpful. Also, they are very quick to respond to any requests and concerns. Breakfast offers plenty of fresh veggies and fruit options with both a Taiwanese style breakfast and a western style breakfast for your choosing. The hotel itself is older but well maintained and clean. The rain shower in our suite is AWESOME. The bathroom is also very spacious. You are about a 6-7 minute walk to the Dongmen MRT station. There's laundry facility that you can use on site for 24 hours and they loan out umbrellas at the front desk. Shout out to one particular staff, 美君, who always had a smile on her face and made you feel like a VIP. The hotel is lucky to have employees like her. Overall, I am happy and comfortable staying here.

We stayed for 4 nights in November. The rooms had great sound insulation and we slept soundly every night. Great sized rooms as well. The WiFi wasn’t very good but that was the only con to the rooms. Breakfast had good variety and great service staff every morning. Always hot which we appreciated. The staff is great, you can do your own laundry in the basement, and it’s in a nice location near Dongmen MRT. Highly recommended!

we stayed for 7 nights. the breakfast spread was so so. not to be picky with the price point. breakfast staff, skinny,short hair. service was so-so. the other one shoulder length hair, bit taller was do proactive and commendable. she only came in on our last day. location: awesome, accessible everywhere. few minutes walk from dongmen mrt and lots of buses surrounding the area. Facilities: they have a gym, so so. washing machines free to use and a dryer. Good for long staying guest. Room: 8th floor, was spot on. few points that missed the mark, toilet shower tends to overflow If use continously. water heater, rain showers, bidet all available. toiletries was replenish everyday, room were cleaned and organised by housekeeping. (5 star) Front desk: they have a weighing scale for luggage available. very convenient. Area surrounding: near to mrt, morning Market, 711, family mart, highways, bus stops, yongkang night market 15 minutes walk away. BEST VALUE FOR MONEY IF YOURE NOT PICKY. OVERALL, 5 STARS, EXCEPT FOR THE BREAKFAST SERVICE STAFF AT THE RESTAURANT

The room was decent size & cleanliness. I was NOT impressed with the service. On this particular trip, I stayed at 10 different hotels. I have been travelling for 30 yrs+. I asked the front desk for ONE extra towel, and they said they would charge me for it!!! Really?! I was so unimpressed, and not happy with the service. Management needs to relook at this policy. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels in the past 30 years, and this is the first time any hotel has charged me for using another towel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
