You can hear everything in the rooms. I couldn't sleep at night because I heard people talking in the next room. The TV in the room didn't work or it worked but couldn't be turned off. Bedding dirty. There was a hole in the door. I didn't eat breakfast because I was afraid looking at the dirt. Room is small. The only advantage of this hotel is the location. It is with a heavy heart that I advise against this hotel.

Best location in town. Walking distance to Hagya Sofia, Blue Mosque, and all the cool stores around. Also right next to the public transport trams. The staff are friendly, the rooms are cozy but a little small. Definitely recommend staying here and would come here again.

I had a spa experience with the Royal Bosphorus SPA. The person that made booking was polite and provided all the details in English. Procedures started on time and finished according to the information provided while booking. The baths are small, simple, but clean and functional, I was given enough time.

I will start by saying this is the first time ever that I leave a hotel before the end of the stay. It was extremely uncomfortable. 1- there was no sound insulation from the street, from the other rooms and from the hallway. It was like living in a tent, in the middle of the city. Upon our request they were nice enough to change our room, but we encountered the same situation in the other room. 2- the rooms were badly maintained, with cracks in the walls and stains. The bathroom had a ventilation duct full of dirt and the entrance door looked like somebody threw a fist at it (please see attached pictures). 3- some of the hotel's rooms overlooked the roof top on which there are families of seagulls which produce lots of feces (please see attached picture). 4- the breakfast was okish, but the meat section would really need improvement We tried really hard to cope with the situation, but in the end we decided to change hotels due to the fact that we couldn't sleep in that awfully dirty place. The hotel refused to reimburse us for the two nights we didn't spend there.

Very horrible hotel. The staff are rude and unwelcoming. Not family friendly. When you make the slightest noise the front desk staff complain and ring you saying we are making too much noise and shout at children for laughing playing etc. This is at 10pm when they expect everyone to be asleep. The first hour we got here they were very unwelcoming complaining about noise. This has been the same when we are talking normally in the rooms. The odd thing is, when Turkish guests are making lots of noise all night they have no issue, but it’s strange how they do with us English speaking guests. They harass you and your children. The breakfast is horrible here, it’s all just salad and breads nothing more. Also they complain when you come down to get water, they turn off the coffee machine when it’s not breakfast and expect you to pay for it after. It is dirty, they don’t give extra pillows and blankets, the rooms smell and beds and pillows are dirty. We have had so much better service in other hotels in this area, so I would recommend you stay well away from this scam hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
