The rooms are old and not very clean. Had to wake up in the night from the noise coming from the corridor and the surrounding rooms. The bathroom is very small and needs renovation. Nice view from the cliff to the ocean. A bit outside the main attractions in the city. The food was good at the restaurant. The bar staff is fabulous!

A most amazing experience. We absolutely loved our relaxing time here. The location is incredible for views, but getting to the town is a little tricky. Walking down the hill is fine, but getting back up can be a challenge. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel - first trip complementary, then 100THB - but it only goes one way as well. We suggest using the Grab app.

This is the new renovated tennis court at Fitz club Royal cliff Hotel. Same as the Aussie open Great staff and service also here. Plus club house facilities include showers steam room jacuzzi and sauna and much more .

I went to royal cliff beach hotel today to visit a friend staying there, went to Breazo's for lunch. It took over 30 minutes to recieve our drink order. No bobody ever came back to take our food order. We left and tried our luck at the pool bar, denied because i was not staying there, my friend explained that i was he's guest but no good, we then went down to the beach to the chairs he already set up for us and was quickly approached by staff saying that i could only stay 20 minutes then must leave(on the beach). My friend is a repeat customer to this hotel, and I only live 40 minutes from there. I will never go back or support the Royal Cliff brand.

The rooms are big and nice, The stuff is helpful! The indian restaurant service was top notch✨ and the food thou spicy was incredible. The location is perfect, not so far from pattaya centrum but also close enough to everything you might need. The prices are a little higher than most places in pattaya but still worth the money. The gym facilities were amaizing and the girls at the Fitz reception were so kind and service oriented. Loved it! Getting a taxi through the hotel was a little pricy, so i reccomend using other alternatives ✨

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
