4pm check in although despite being a late check in was not ready. You’re given half the number of tickets required for the beach club. This hotel is cheap as it’s rubbish. Do not stay unless you’re happy to be disappointed

Very clean and spacious apartment. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice view at the front of the apartment. Although the sea was across the opposite road. Very comfortable bed. Adequate facilities in the kitchen which includes washing machine, oven, microwave etc.

I did not like anything the service was bad the apartment was not clean and and very dirty. I stayed 1 week and during that time there was construction work above the suite were I was was very annoyed there did not help at at there supposed to be 2 swimming pool 1 indoor and 1 outdoor I surprise after arrival that there is non swimming pool only 1 outdoor and it’s 10 min away from the apartment next to the beach and I have to pay for it which should be included in the booking. I don’t recommend it at all do not go there it’s rubbish. I left early and they did not give me refund and even did not apologise specially the manager was unprofessional and don’t care about any think.

My family and I stayed at Royal Club By RVHR, Palm Jumeirah for just over 2 months at the beginning of 2023. our stay has been fantastic, you couldn’t wish for a better location - close to the beach, Nakheel Mall is a few minutes walk and there are beautiful landscaped gardens and children’s play areas right on the doorstep. The apartment furnishing is a little dated but that adds to the charm and the apartments are equipped with everything you could possibly need - we even had a blender, food mixer & coffee machine. Staff are incredibly responsive via WhatsApp if you have any questions and appear very quickly if you need help with anything. Also, RVHR offer a daily cleaning service. The cleaning staff are very professional and super friendly and the apartments are so clean. I would recommended RVHR to anyone looking for a stay in Dubai around the Palm area. Thank you RVHR for having us!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
