While the location is convenient with nearby amenities like the metro and a 24/7 supermarket, the experience was mixed. Rooms are notably small, and cleanliness is passable. Not the best choice for couples. Keep preferences in mind when considering a stay.

It's not suitable for one star. This hotel gets a big NO from me. The location is unsuitable for families due to the presence of nightclubs and ladies roaming down the hall. The room was awful without AC; we lived in it for the full 15 days and complained every day and night, but there was no response from the hotel administration. They gave us some sort of response concerning the AC.In the middle of the night, they asked us to move rooms and given a room that was worse than the other. Waste of money. Not at all recommended.

If I had a chance to give minus I swear to God I'll not hesitate. A.c not working, no tissues kept, for check in I went late deliberately as I know hotels take time to get room ready, instead of 12 I went at 13:30 and ended up waiting for 40 minutes. Reason as per reception, sir we are confirming how much we need to take. At check out they took another 30 minutes and then without seeing anything told me I can go.

One of the worst hotel I have ever visited.I have checked-in more than 50 hotels in my country including 5 star hotels and even the lowest paid hotel, but this hotel in Dubai is the WORST IN THE WORLD The WiFi connection is super bad. Some days, wifi doesn’t work.The air conditioning temperature can’t be controlled, and the whole day is super cool inside. Room wasn't clean (there were ants and cockroaches). Very bad staff. Didn't clean our room . Water is very hot for 24 hours . Ac didn't work . No water for drinking. You ask for water and they ask for an extra money . Please don't get fooled by their photos. Don't book their hotel if you Didn't want to waste your money.

The hotel is noisy. In our room, the ventilation was working all night and all day, which could be heard 24/7. ,The hotel is a bit nasty. I saw a bug in the room. Hotel only for sleeping. Near the metro station.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
