        You are at the very center of the city. Anywhere you would like to reach is extremely close. Subway system is only 5 mins. Away from you to walk and you can literally reach some of the most touristic areas areas by walking. Staff is friendly and management is quiet helpful. Perfect honesty, ı was quite considering some other places as well but ı am more than satisfied that ı booked it here. Try yourself. I can guarantee you will be way happier than you initially think.

        Very pleasent stay and good location. The breakfast was nice and some good choices. The lady who works there Guzin made our stay extra special by asking if we needed anything extra. She made sure my kids had something they enjoy eating and always had a beautiful smile every morning. The rest of the staff also very polite and sorted any issues.

        I am glad that I chose Royal Garden to stay while traveling between cities. Whether it was location, room or service, it met my expectations. Seeing the clean environment and friendly staff attracted me even more to this suite hotel, thank you. (especially the receptionist Mr. Muhammed is a very caring and help-oriented employee, I would like to thank him also)

        We checked in at the hotel on Thursday, October 5 at night, the next day we left the tour early, approximately 8 am, as we stayed for 3 nights, obviously we left all our belongings thinking that it was a safe hotel, since we traveled with the MegaTravel agency which is a very important international agency and we assumed that it had standards of quality, attention and above all security in the hotels to which it sends groups of travelers. Our surprise was when we returned to the room and saw that they had checked our suitcases, in which I left my wallet inside a bag, inside a suitcase, a place in which the maid or anyone who had entered the room You shouldn't check, when we realized this we checked our wallet and saw that more than $3,500 Mexican pesos had been stolen from us!! And we were not the only ones, three more rooms in our group also had all the money they left INSIDE THEIR SUITCASE stolen, we understand the mistake of not having put our belongings in the safe, but I have also worked in hotels all over Mexico and internationally and I know perfectly well the protocols that must be followed around the world, within these it is perfectly stated that the maid can NEVER check our private belongings and even less so if my suitcase is closed, check my hand bag and everything we had Inside, it is a total lack of respect, we talked about this situation with the manager, who supposedly promised to check the cameras and others to give us a solution, to which in our three days of stay he never gave us a solution, until the day of check-in out only asked us for a letter to leave our information, arguing that she checked cameras and keys and that the maid was only in the room for three minutes (in which of course she did not clean since we did not have toilet paper and the towels were still lying around and wet. on the floor just as we had left them, he only came in to check our suitcases and steal our money). Terrible attention, terrible service and terrible resolution on the part of the supposed manager, the truth is that the hotel left us with a lot to be desired since the problem was not with a single room, there were several people from the same group and I can't imagine how many more people it has affected. past this.

          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
