Poor reception and rude attitude! I was asking which room will be available tmr on 4th or 8th floor so I can be on same floor with my family. Reception Rithu didn’t want to make any effort to check availability based on current booking, only tell me nothing she can tell. Hotel with such kind of reception is a joke.

I can not even recommend this hotel for my enemies. Staff zero especially the Philippines lady with a bend teeth I don’t remember her name. She’s so rude. Some had her monthly period in the hotel and used the hotel towel to clean her body and was advised to go home with the towel and trash it because it’s not healthy for other customers but the hotel insisted they returned the towel. A 4 star hotel can not asked you to pay for a totem even 2 star hotel. Their service is so poor and it’s not hygienic humans to stay there. The hotel is very dirty. For the sake of your health don’t use their towel because it’s very dirty.

The most useless hotel I’ve ever seen in UAE. That hotel is a 2 star hotel not up to 3 star, the rooms are so dirty and even the towel is stain they still give it to another customer. Please anyone who is visiting Sharjah should never stay in that hotel because you might get infected by their towels
