The location is very good, close to metro and supermarkets. The vibe is excellent. However I didn't enjoy the rooms so much. I couldn't open the window in my room(all the rooms might be build like that), therefore the ventilation was bad. The bed was ok. The price was ok for what it offered, but I wouldn't choose this place again.

We chose this hotel because of the convenient location of the hotel (near to chuo and yamanote line) and didn't expect much of it. But I really loved it! The location was perfect indeed! Also lots of restaurants, fruit, vegetables, shops in de surroundings. But the hotel itself was also very fine. We had a good room with view on the street (401 if I remember it well) and it was spacious. OK, it's a bit outdated but the beds were good, the shower very fine and the AC perfect. Can't complain!

I stayed at the Royal Hotel Shinokubo for about week and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the Shin Okubo station, which makes it easy to access other parts of Tokyo. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and they speak English. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi, coin laundry, vending machines and luggage storage. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants, cafes and shops, especially in the Shin Okubo Korean Town. Overall, I'll definitely go to this hotel in my future Tokyo visits.

For a 2 star hotel, it's okay. The location is really what you're paying for, since it's only a 5 minute walk from the metro station. The rooms are very outdated, but spacious (at least the one we were in). The carpet had a floral pattern and just looked super old. The bathroom looked like it was straight out of the 60's with how much pink there was: the floors, bathtub, toilet, sink and even wallpaper. In the shower area I noticed a bunch of black speckled spots on the ceiling, which looked like black mould. While the room appeared clean, it just didn't feel clean (maybe in part to the outdated design/decor). It also lacked some amenities that you would get at other hotels, but to be expected for a 2 star hotel. That being said, the wifi was HORRENDOUS. It was constantly disconnecting from our devices and when it was connected, it was painfully slow. In terms of service, it was fine. The staff were pleasant enough, though I did find it odd how we had to hand in our room key whenever we left. The hotel has laundry facilities and a microwave on the main floor. During our time in Tokyo it rained almost every day. We asked the reception if they had umbrellas to borrow and they could only be rented for a fee. Considering we paid ¥13,500 per night, it wasn't worth it. I think if I came back to Tokyo, I'd pay a bit extra to stay somewhere else.

The hotel is near the train station which is very convenient. The room is spacious, much larger than other hotels at the same price. Clean and cozy room, comfortable bed and they have bath tub. No microwave in the room but you can use one at the public area, as well as the coin laundry. The staffs is very friendly, they helped me carry the luggages upstairs because the receptionist is on the second floor.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
