Mixed Experience at the New Year's Eve Stay I recently stayed at this hotel on 31st December and had a mixed experience overall. Here's a breakdown of my stay: The room was quite spacious and comfortable, providing a good initial impression. However, a significant downside was the constant noise from the AC throughout the night, which affected the quality of sleep. The hotel hosted a New Year's Eve party with a DJ. While this added to the festive atmosphere, the noise from the party was audible in the room, potentially disturbing guests who preferred a quieter environment. The morning after, I visited the breakfast restaurant. Unfortunately, the staff's lack of welcome and engagement was notable. No one bothered to ask for my room number, and there was a lack of personalized service. It felt like the staff was disinterested in providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. On a positive note, my request for a late check-out until 3 pm was accepted. This flexibility was appreciated, showing a willingness to accommodate guest preferences. Despite being labeled as a 5-star hotel, the establishment fell short of providing the expected luxurious feel. The lack of a welcoming breakfast experience and the disturbance caused by the AC and party noise diminished the overall impression of a premium stay. while certain aspects of the stay were positive, such as the spacious room and the acceptance of the late check-out request, the hotel needs improvement in creating a truly 5-star experience, particularly in terms of customer service and ambiance.

I’ve given 5 stars throughout except for the rooms as I believe that they are dated and need to refurbished. Otherwise, the rooms are comfortable. Check in was swift and easy. Thanks to Ms. Kavita for her attentive service. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a family-friendly hotel that exceeded all of my expectations. From its superb location to the beautiful and clean rooms, this hotel truly impressed me in every aspect. First and foremost, the hotel's location is outstanding. It is conveniently situated in a prime area, making it easily accessible and surrounded by various amenities. Additionally, the hotel has a connecting door to a shopping mall, providing guests with the utmost convenience for all their needs. Speaking of the rooms, I was delighted with the beautiful and clean accommodations. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated, and it exuded a warm and inviting ambiance. The cleanliness was impeccable, and it was evident that great care was taken to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment. One of the standout features of this hotel is its staff. The employees were not only polite and courteous but also displayed a high level of professionalism. They were always ready to assist and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Staff... Due check in I've just given the key.. I've asked many additional questions which are supposed to be provided to me together with key... About breakfast, gym, pool, check out etc... guys you are at reception, its yours job... No info about available dinner options, wifi... Its a shame fot such hotel level. Finally we were two, but room was equipped with towels etc only for one... I've asked housekeeping 2 times to arrange additional set. Shame again. Breakfast time - overcrowded, even they put some tables outside of the breakfast area.

I enjoyed my stay at Royal M Hotel Fujairah. The airport proximity was convenient and the view from room no 603 was itself the airport view, and especially the views of the city and sea were impressive. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
