I have not stayed here but we have attended the Saturday brunch several times and we are very impressed. The food is delicious and there is a wide variety which includes sushi, roast lamb, turkey, indian food, seafood and lots more. The live pasta stations were a hit.The desserts are like nothing I have ever seen. Beautiful and tasty. The handmade chocolates look like works of art. We usually choose the Saturday pool and brunch option.

We returned from our vacation in the Maldives yesterday, thinking that nothing better could happen to us... until we arrived at the Royal M hotel. From the very beginning, when Mr. Imran Kha welcomed us, we felt absolutely exceptional. Imran upgraded our room to one with a sea view. The rooms are spacious and fantastic – modern, clean, with a beautiful bathroom. The staff is incredibly kind. The hotel has a wonderful pool. We're staying here all day to extend our holiday by an extra day. You are fantastic, and we will definitely come back here. All hotels should learn from you how to take care of customers.:)

Excellent place ! I was welcomed and checked in by Mr. Ibrahim who was very professional and welcoming. Quick and effortless check in with lots of chatting and laughter, felt so welcomed. The room was amazing, very comfortable bed , blinds that blacks out light and an out of the world view. The toilet had a well designed tub that was very comfortable and for the first time I don’t experience an issue with water temperature fluctuations in Abu Dhabi. I was able to hear the neighbours through the walls in few occasions when they were loud. Catch the sunrise with the breakfast for an amazing view. The breakfast buffet was full of options that are nice and would fit all tastes. Nothing extraordinary but overall decent collection and well rounded chefs. They had a show on the pool one evening that was very nice to watch and a lady playing the harp in the lobby some evenings. The only thing I didn’t like much was the location of my room door to the motion sensors. I had to walk in the dark until half way through the corridor for the motion sensor to light up. The staff are helpful and professional, very well trained and managed. Parking spaces are sufficient for many cars. At the hotel door they have a small bench which the delivery riders use to sit and wait for customers to pick up their orders, I found that to be so nice and humanely.. one doesn’t see that much.

Nice hotel in a very nice location. The rooms have nice view especially those which are overlooking the canal. Staff very professional. Kamal from housekeeping, a very polite and nice gentleman, was really helpful, with a smile on his face was always offering his service to clean the room or get me something I needed. In general I enjoyed my stay there.

It was a very calm and serene experience. Cant thank Miss Dolly enough for her pleasant attitude and hospitality. This was my third stay there. My 5 yr old loves the pool its amazing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
