We adored our time at this beautiful oasis in the city. I booked a special one-to-one culinary experience for my Mother and a lunch for us and we absolutely enjoyed it! We at the garden restaurant and everything was well organized, pleasant, peaceful AND DELICIOUS! Unfortunately, I had just recovered from a food illness so I couldn't eat as much as I normally would. But the small appetizers I was able to manage was DIVINE! (In fact, later in the week I regretted not trying more things!) My Mother raved about the culinary experience. She loved the tips, receipes and special treats they gave her for her birthday. We walked around the property grounds and was blown away with how well manicured, lush and well cared for, everything was! I will definitely bring my family back in the future. IT IS A MUST! The staff was kind and helpful throughout out visit. The mocktails were delicious. The Royal Mansour is the standard. It is absolutely the standard any other place must measure up to. I appreciate everyone who made our visit special!

Wow, this hotel blew my mind. Our room had 3 floors: living room, bedroom, and a plunge pool at the top floor. It felt safe and private. The hotel grounds are stunning. Everywhere we looked, there was a beautiful photo opportunity. Even inside the SPA, very worth visiting for photos. Service was excellent. On our last day, as we were leaving before 6am, they arranged breakfast at our room which was super convenient. I'll never forget about this experience at the Royal Mansour.

I absolutely loved this hotel due to its Moroccan style. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the beds were spotless. The elegant architecture of the building and the decor were a delight. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, which greatly enhanced our stay. Additionally, we thoroughly enjoyed delicious dishes at every meal. I highly recommend giving it a try.

This place should be considered the BEST hotel in all of Africa. The King really went all out and the Hotel is second to none, it is top of the line and I enjoy spending my time here, the service is fantastic! I HIGHLY Recommend staying here even if its just for a few nights!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
