For a five star it lacks basic necessities. I.e. no comfy chairs in room to sit or on balcony everything is designed to laydown not how I play cards or use my laptop. The sun beds have no toppers making any lengthy stay rather uncomfortable especially around the midriff and buttocks. Personally id prefer a separate toilet area to the bath shower and dressing room all in one is not ideal when one's partner is suffering from the change in diet. The service is first class nothing is too much trouble for the service staff. Lin at the beach restaurant deserves special mention outstanding attention to customers needs.

The resort was well situated. The resort beach had no rocks, unlike some of the neighbouring ones. Across the road, there was a 7/11, pharmacy, plenty of eateries, and many choices for a Thai massage. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Unfortunately, our room was badly designed. You just couldn't walk into the shower, as you had to climb over seps. (up and down. It was difficult to get in the spa because of these steps. You had to sit on the edge and slide in. It was a little difficult to get out). The steps in the pool were not ergonomic. There were no hand rails to get out of the pool. I considered it lucky to have our pool and to be able to relax by your room. Breakfast was extremely good. We had BBQ night here. It was worth the money because it included entertainment as well. The food was great.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Royal Muang Samui Villas Hotel in Koh Samui. The friendly staff made my experience truly memorable, and the breakfast was not only delicious but also diverse. The inviting and pristine pool, along with the stunning beach, provided a perfect retreat, offering breathtaking views. The villas, each equipped with a private pool that's an impressive 1.40 meters deep, were fantastic. The spacious layout and a bathroom with a illuminated whirlpool added a touch of luxury. However, the only drawback was the nightly disconnection of devices from the Wi-Fi, which proved inconvenient, especially if using devices like a FireTV Stick on the television. Despite this minor inconvenience, my overall experience was outstanding.

8th time in Samui and 3rd time at this hotel... our favourite by far. Lovely and quiet and about 3 miles from the hustle and bustle of the main Chaweng strip. Rooms on the ground floor and 3rd floor have private pools and if your budget will stretch to it, go for the pool sea view villas (only 2 of them - rooms 308 & 309). Staff can not do enough for you and sort any issues out quickly and with a smile. The hotel is very Thai in its design and culture and nothing like the clinical concrete European boxes offered by a lot of the big chain names... which are fine if that's what you like.

Worse than worse!!!🤬 I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was hands-down the worst vacation experience I've ever had. Before checking in, I reached out to the hotel multiple times through calls and emails to inquire about various matters. Not once did they mention that the pool was under construction. To add to the deception, there was no mention of this construction on their Agoda listing either. Upon arrival, I found out that not only was the pool unavailable, but several rooms in the villa were also being renovated. The noise was unbearable. The constant hammering on the walls, the sound of bricks being cut, and the general chaos of construction lasted the entire day throughout my 4-day stay. The pool's location right next to the beach meant that even trying to relax on the beach was a futile effort. The noise was incessant, and the sight of workers walking around amidst the construction debris completely ruined the ambiance. I feel utterly deceived by the hotel's lack of transparency. It's one thing to have renovations, but to deliberately hide such crucial information from a guest, both directly and on booking platforms like Agoda, is downright unprofessional and misleading. This was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, but it turned into a nightmare. I strongly advise everyone to think twice before booking this place. Worst vacation ever! 🤮

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
