My family and I were recently transiting via Almaty twice and had to stay there for about 12 hours each time. We decided to stay in Royal Park Hotel which wasn't too far from the airport and the train station and we enjoyed our visit a lot. The hotel looks great including the rooms we were in, the food in the restaurant was tasty as well. The administration was kind enough to provide a timely transfer from/to the airport which was included in the price. So, happy with everything and I can highly recommend this hotel. Two thumbs up!

I spent one night in this hotel. It's close to the airport. There was a free pickup from the airport so it was convenient. I check-in after midnight (at around 3 am) and there was no issue. The room is nice, clean, and spacious. I recommend it if you want to stay in a hotel close to Almaty airport.

This was our second stay here. First stay was perfect, they had crib set up and ac cooling the room. 2nd and last time it was completely opposite. Had to ask twice for a crib, phone in room didn't work and the ac didn't work. Asked the front desk about the phone right when we arrived (noon) but they didn't manage to come try to fix it until 7pm....about the same time we had to go to bed for an early flight. The only reason they came was because I went to the front desk complaining again about the phone and asking for a fan considering the ac wasn't cooling. They didnt provide a fan so it will turn out to be not a pleasant night before an early morning flight with a toddler. In the end, they did offer a different room but we were set up and ready for bed at this point. My advice would be to stay elsewhere. The good food and location doesn't offset the inconsistency in service.

Very helpful personal at the reception. The room was clean and organized. I really liked the place and people working there during my stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for cheap stay closer to the airport.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
